Show VCP to hold concert Shannon Denton, popular LDS Recording and performing artist will appear in the Concert Night Series at Valley Center Playhouse, 780 N. 200 East, Lindon this Friday, Saturday and Monday at 8 p.m. Shannon is well known for her first tape "Because of You." She performed in the highly successful concert sponsoreed by KXYC at the De Jong Concert Hall recently. KUT and Art of the Restoration also sponsored her in a concert held at Taylorsville High Schol in Salt Lake City. She has recorded "Choose Ye This Day" with Roger Hoffman and "No Ordinary Man" on Janice Capp Perry's album. She is presently preparing a new album of her own. She entertains often for wards and businesses and is a featured singer for the new LDS production "Come Back to Me." Delia Siple will also appear on Friday and Monday evenings. Her beautiful rendition of the "Midnight Hour" has been a most requested song on KUTR and KXYC for several weeks. That song and others are from the new album "The Union of our spirits" by Colleen Grant. Delia also sings in "Come Back to Me." Wanda Lindstrom, a new recording artist, will appear Friday and Monday, as a front act. her two songs, "I Wish I Knew" and "I'll Bring Love" are highly requesteed on KUTR. Kent Braddy, who is a budding young artist, will entertain Monday evenings as a front act. Each show is a complete evenings entertainment. Tickets are available at the door.
