Show 6 .Family fitness program set d Primary Children's Medical Center offers a ten-week Family Food Fitness program ' beginning Jan. 15. Taught by registered dietitians and physical therapists, 1 the classes focus on improving eating and exercise habits. While sibling attendance is recommended, parental participation par-ticipation is a class requirement. The program is open to families with children eight years and older, overweight or not. Instrutors say the family involvement helps build a supportive home environment for weight control and exercise programs. Fees for two parents and one child aree $915. Additional children may join the class for $20. A portion of the fee is refundable to family members who lose weight or meet attendance goals.
