V.; V : Zachary Wallace Larson, age 3V2l of Pleasant Grove, died Saturday, Oct. 4, 1986 at Primary Childrens' Medical Center in Salt Lake City of com-plications from heart surgery. He was born May 23, 1983 in Orem, the son of Gary Wallace and LaRae Penrod Larson. Betty Forbush Dye Taylor, 61, of Pleasant Grove, died Friday, Sept. 26, 1986, in the American Fork Hospital. She was born Dec. 30, 1924, in Monroe, Utah, the daughter of Melvin Alonzo and Vonda Tanner Forbush. She married Van Webb Taylor Aug. 1, 1944, in Evanston, Wyo. Survivors include her husband, Pleasant Grove,; one son and four daughters: Van Wayne Taylor, Las Vegas, Nev.; Mrs. Jim (Janice) Loveridge, Springville; Mrs. Pleasant Grove; 19 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; four brothers and three sisters: Marice Forbush s and Morgan Forbush, - both of Springville; I Mack Forbush, Taylorsville; Milton Forbush, Santaquin; v Lucille Gillian, Orem; and Irene Brannagan and Bonnie Eaton, both of American Fork. Two children preceded her in death. Funeral services were held Tuesday, Sept. 30, in the Wing Mortuary Chapel, Lehi. Webb, American Fork; Rosemary Shipley, Marian Bailey Terry, 56, died Oct. 6, 1986 at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center in Provo after a short illness. She was born Aug. 29, 1930 in Provo, to Lynn and Leona Long Bailey. She married Floyd J. Terry Sept. 20, 1950 in Salt Lake City. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died Aug. 5, 1973. She received her education in Provo schools. Following her marriage, she and her husband made their home in Alpine, where she has since resided. She has worked at the Utah State Training School for the past eight years. She was a member of the LDS Church Alpine serving in the U.S. Army in Germany), all of Alpine; Mrs. David (Sharon) Terry, Ft. Carson, Colo, also serving in the U.S. Army; five grand-children; one sister, Mrs. Tracy (Leona) Andersen, Orem. She was preceded in eath by two grand-children, Stacy and Stephani, and one brother, George Bailey. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at the Alpine 7th Ward LDS Chapel, 389 Canyon Crest Road, Alpine. Friends may call at the ward chapel Wednesday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. or on Thursday one hour prior to service. Interment will-b- e at the Alpine City Cemetery. Hubert L. Leavitt 7th Ward. In the past she had been active in the Boy Scout program, Relief Society and as a Visiting teacher. Her main interest was her family. Survivors include one son and four daughters: R. Kyle Terry, Kathryn Terry, Mrs. Jeff (Susan) Loveland and Mrs. John (Shauna) Lighthill (presently Russell, Mt. Holly Springs, Penn.; Mrs. Charles (Becky) Gaisford, Lehi. A son, Rodney, preceded him in death. He is also survived by step-childre- Walter Robison, Las Vegas, Nev.; James Robison, Missoula, Mont, and Mrs. Tommy (Sharon) Rheault, Las Vegas, Nev.; 37 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; Roy D. Reid Hubert Lee Leavitt, 79, died of cancer Sept. 30, 1986 at the home of a son, Von G. Leavitt, in Payson. He was born March 27, 1907, at Mesquite, Nev., to Jeremy and Martha Hughes Leavitt. He married Letty Mann Andersen, July 5, 1940 in Provo. The marriage was later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple. She died March 5, 1969. He married Lucille Robison June 14, 1970 in Las Vegas, Nev. He was a miner, farmer, steel worker, laundry worker and boiler operator at the American Fork Training School. He was a High Priest and active member in the LDS Church, and an avid fisherman. He is survived by his wife of Las Vegas, three sons and five daughters: Stephen Udell Leavitt, Tooele; Von G. Leavitt, Payson; Brent Lee Leavitt, Wendover, Nev.; Mrs. Garth (Marian) Killpack, Springville; Mrs. Rex (Norma) Brailsford, Provo; Letty Leola Maese, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Wm. (Sandra) one sister and one brother: Mrs. Ruth Burgess, Provo; and Porter Leavitt, Springville. Funeral services were held at the San-taquin Third-Fourt- h LDS Ward Chapel Monday, Oct. 6, with Bishop Kim Barlow officiating. Interment was in the Provo City Cemetery. Roy D. Reid, 69, of American Fork, died Wednesday, Oct. 1, 1986 in American Fork. He was born Aug. 9, 1917 in Panguitch to Albert Augustus and Phoebe Isabelle Talbot Reid. He married Vivian Twitchell Dec. 15, 1949 in Yuma, Ariz. The marriage was solemnized June 16, 1966 in the Salt Lake Temmple of the LDS Church. She died Feb. 15, 1980. He received his education in Panguitch. He entered the U.S. Army during World War II and served in the Pacific Theater of the war. Following his release from the military service, he made his home in California. Later he moved to Provo where he and his wife made their first home where they lived for 30 years. He moved to West Jordan in 1980. He has lived in American Fork for the past two years. He worked in the Rolling Mills at Geneva Steel Plant. He retired after working nearly 20 years. He was a member of the LDS Church and was a High Priest. He was., active in church scouting programs. Survivors include three sons and three daughters; LeMoyne Hamby, University City, Texas; Richard Hamby, Springville; Albert E. Reid and Mrs. Fred (Lorraine) Johnson, both Orem ; Mrs. Michael (Charlotte) Butler, Pleasant Grove; Mrs. LaVonda Jones, Payson; 20 grand-chidlre- n, one grea-tgrandchild; two brothers, three sisters; Mrs. Loren (Myrtle) Lee, Bountiful; Mrs. Lonjnie (Norma) Hefner, San Diego, Calif.; Charlotte Shaw, Salt Lake City; Glen Reid and Ted Reid, both Novato, Calif.
