Show Cheer leading try outs set e By Teresa Hansen, Nancy Peterson n Cheerleading tryouts are going very well this year at the high 'e school and there will be quite a few more girls than ever before with a total of 28 cheerleaders to be chosen. . There will be 12 varsity cheerleaders; 10 junior varsity cheerleaders and six songleaders. The tryout schedule is as follows: i" beginning April 24th the girls will tryout in front of judges at 4 p.m. in t the high school and this session is ble closed to the public. On April 25 the girls will perform on an assembly at the junior high at 9:15 a.m. and anyone interested may attend. Scheduled for April 26 in a 9:15 a.m. assembly at the high school, the girls will again perform. That evening there will be a banquet for those who make it. LeeAnn Schoonover is the new cheerleading advisor for the 1985-86 school year and she is supervising the tryouts this year. |
