Show I v - k Robert VVarnick Warniek seeks top GOP post Robert Warniek, 25-year resident of Utah County, has announced his candidacy for the chairmanship of the Utah County Republican Party. In making his announcement, Warniek cited his combination of administrative and political experience ex-perience as making him qualified to take the reins of the Utah County Party. He stated, "Our party has made major gains during the past few years. We are now at a point where we need an experienced party worker with mature judgment and exceptional organizational skills to maintain our momentum and strengthen our grass roots organization. Financial and manpower man-power strength can both be achieved through providing training and assistance to the voting district officers." Warniek has lived in American Fork most of his life and now serves ( that city as its administrative officer. of-ficer. He. has earned both a B.S. in Political Science and a Master's in Public Administration from the University of Utah. "My political experience includes service as a voting district officer and state and county delegate, a member of the Salt Lake County GOP Executive Committee, ' campaign manager for numerous local and congressional campaigns and election to the Utah State House " of Representatives and the American Fork City Council," he ' reported. Mr. Warniek is married to the former Carol Julian, also of r American Fork. They have one daughter who is married and three C teenage sons. v |
