EXCEPTING therefrom theref-rom the following described property, to-wit: to-wit: Commencing at a point located South 693.70 feet and West 909.97 feet for a witness corner located 88.63 feet West from the East Quarter Corner of Section 3, Township 7 South, Range 2 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian; thence South 80 54'23" East 87.73 feet; thence along the arc of a 50.00 foot radium curve to the left 19.04 feet (chord bearing and distance of said curve being South 01 48'50" East 1892 feet); thence North 69 24'14" West 93.18 feet to the point of beginning.
