Show J Adventists offer l holiday programs Provo Seventh-day Adventists will celebrate the holiday season with two special meetings which will be open to the public. I Christmas music will be ' presented Saturday, Dec. 24, at 11 i a.m. during regular church services, ser-vices, under the coordination of Dr. Paul Smith. Sacred music will be offered by soloists, the church choir, a vocal quartet and other ensembles. Stories for the children and a special Christmas tree will also be on hand. The program will be approximately ap-proximately V2 hours in length. Saturday, Dec. 31, at 5 p.m., a special New Year's Communion Service will be held, featuring both the Lord's Supper and Ordinance of Humility, which date back to Christ's time. This is open Communion, Com-munion, which includes not only Seventh-day Adventists, but anyone that is a Christian. Both services will be held at the Provo Church, 255 S. 700 East. |
