Show Ross Denham Is Endorsed by Local People for Office Ross B. Denham, who is a candidate can-didate for the State Board of Education, was endorsed by several local residents of Pleasant Grove this past week, according to Mrs. June Searle. Besides Mrs. Searle, Dee Olpin, Robert Emal and Thomas Larsen urged people to vote for Mr. Denham for State School Board. Mr. Larsen and Mr. Emal are both elementary principals in the Pleasant Grove schools. The local people urge a vote for Mr. Denham because of his outstanding record in education, and also for his church and civic duties. Mr. Denham has been assistant superintendent in the Provo School District for the past 13 years and served as an elementary and secondary secon-dary teacher and principal for 30 years. He is a past president of the Tim-panogos Tim-panogos Kiwanis Club, and is currently curren-tly serving as president of the Provo Utah Central Stake for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Mrs. Searle also says that Neal C. Rawlinson, who was also a candidate for this office in the primary elections, elec-tions, has given his support to Mr. Denham. This is a non partisan ballot, and these local people urge your vote for Ross B. Denham on Nov. 7. |
