Show Notice of Public Hearing The Pleasant Grove Board of Adjustments will meet Wednesday, November 3, 1976 in the Pleasant Grove City Hall to review the following requests: 7:00 The request of George Hallam to place an addition to his home located 505 South Main. This home is located in a commercial zone and to expand the nonconforming non-conforming use of the residence will require a variance from the board. 7:10 The request of Vaughn Nelson for a six foot variance to the rear yard requirement for the home he is building on lot 12 Timp Ridge subdivision. sub-division. The home is to be build on a cul de sac lot and connot be situated on the lot to provide for the required 25 foot rear yard. 7:20 The request of Kenneth Ken-neth Kindle to place an addition ad-dition to his home at 607 south Main. Mr. Kindle has a non conforming sideyard at his home and to be able to expand this nonconforming use by adding additional rooms will require a variance by the board. 7:30 The request of Mr. Len Winmill to enclose an existing patio located at 635 East Center. This patio extends ex-tends to property line and to be able to enclose it will require a variance of the city code which requires a minimum of a 8 foot sideyard.
