Show NOTICE OF MEETING OF BOARD OF EQUALIZATION AND REVIEW Notice is hereby given that the work contemplated con-templated in Special Improvement Im-provement District Nos 75-1 and 76-1 by resolution heretofore adopted by the City Council in pursuance to notice of creation heretofore hereto-fore published and mailed to all property owners to be affected af-fected in Special Improvement Improve-ment District Nos. 75-1 and 76-1 have now been completed, com-pleted, and that five members mem-bers of the City Council of Pleasant Grove, Utah, have been duly appointed to act as the Board of Equalization and Review on the tax proposed to be levied on the property within Special Improvement Im-provement District Nos. 75-1 and 76-1 for Pleasant Grove, and NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the lists of the property in said Districts subject to said proposed tax and the various amounts of tax against said property have been completed and are available for examination at the Office of the City Recorder. Recor-der. THAT said members of said City Council sitting as a Board of Equalization and Review on the tax proposed to be levied on the property within said Special Improvement Im-provement District Nos. 75-1 and 76-1 for Pleasant Grove will meet in the City Hall of Pleasant Grove, Utah on January 13, 1977, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., on January 14, 1977, between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. and on January 15, 1977, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. to hear and consider con-sider any objections to and make any corrections of any proposed assessments which said Board may deem unequal or unjust. THAT on the dates specified said lists and plats and amount of the proposed assessment against each parcel par-cel of property shall be open to public inspection from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on each of said days continuously at the Office of the City Recorder of Pleasant Grove, Utah. The boundaries of Special Improvement District No. 75-1 75-1 are as follows: 500 North Street from 100 East Street to 1200 East Street and all parcels par-cels of land and lots abutting abut-ting both sides of 500 North Street from 100 East Street to 1200 East Street. The boundaries of Special Improvement District No. 76-1 76-1 are as follows: 1300 East Street from Center Street to 400 North Street and all parcels par-cels of land and lots abutting abut-ting both sides of 1300 East Street from Center Street to 400 North Street.
