Show Legal Notices AN ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE REVISING SECTION 10-5-4 OF THE PLEASANT GROVE CITY CODE WHICH PROHIBITS OVERNIGHT PARKING ON CITY STREETS FROM THE MONTHS OF NOVEMBER 1 THROUGH MARCH 15. BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Pleasant Grove, Utah County, State of Utah: Section 10-5-4: OVERNIGHT PARKING: No person shall park any vehicle on any city street where the pavement runs from curb to curb, or within five (5) feet of any paved street surface where there is no constructed con-structed curb between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) a.m. and six o'clock (6:00) a.m. from the months of November 1, through March 15. It is deemed necessary for the immediate1 health, safety and welfare of the inhabitants of Pleasant Grove City that this ordinance should take effect ef-fect upon its passage and first publication. Passed this third day of December, De-cember, 1974 by the City Council Coun-cil of Pleasant Grove City. W.
