One summer meeting was held in Wines Park. Two of the meetings were travelogues. One was given by Mrs. Armond Webb, who talked about the Hawaiian Islands, where she and her husband spent eighteen months on a mission mis-sion for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She told a little about each of the five different islands. The customs cus-toms of the Polynesian people. Their foods and dress. The kind of work they did for a living. She showed beautiful handmade memento's she had been given before leaving the islands. The second travelogue was given by Mr. and Mrs. Joe Olli-vier Olli-vier of Pleasant Grove, on their trip to Russia. They showed some pictures of the beautiful buildings in the modern cities. They told how clean the cities were kept and how well educated educat-ed the people were. One fun and interesting meeting meet-ing was held at the home of Mrs. Rulon Cook learning to paint ceramics.
