Lay-cock Lay-cock of American Fork announce an-nounce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter Barbara Molyneux to Jim Mitchell, son of Mr. and Mrs. Don J. Mitchell of Salt Lake City. Marriage vows will be exchanged ex-changed Friday, Aug. 16 and a garden reception will foe held later that evening from 8 to 10 at the home of the bride's parents par-ents in American Fork. The bride-elect is a graduate gradu-ate of American Fork High and LDS Seminary. In high school she sang in the Acappella Choir and was also a member of the color guard, in which she served serv-ed as the section leader. She graduated from Continental College of Beauty in Salt Lake ter, and Debbie Winters (Smith) as bridesmaids. Jada Winters will be the flower girl. Sitting at the book will be Mary Jo Home (Barratt). Greeting Greet-ing guests are Mr. and Mrs. Art Laycock, Bill and Sheron Mitchell (Shepherd. Serving guests will be Pam Walker (Nielson), Valerie Edwards, Ed-wards, Cindy Smith, Joyce Clegg and Donetta Dean. Performing duties of best man will be Jim Nelson from Cedar City. The ushers are Bob Mecham, Ron Mecham, and David Laycock, all brothers of the bride, and Richard and Billy Micthell, brothers of the groom Following their marriage, the couple plan to make their first home in Salt Lake City. as a licensed cosmotologist. Mr. Mitchell is a graduate of Orem High School. He was in the Marine orps for four years. He attended Westminster Westmin-ster College and is now employed' em-ployed' in Salt Lake.
