Mmmimy psns iew lisii Mu Ribbon cutting ceremonies officially opening the new Mountain View Bank's permanent perman-ent building at 207 East Main Street, Am. Fork, were held on Monday morning, November 12 with city and county officials joining with bank officers for the occasion. Kay L. Jacobs, bank president, presi-dent, took charge of the brief ceremonies, introducing bank officers, Keith H. Jacobs, chairman chair-man of the board; Harold And-' erson executive vice president; Neal Savage, vice president; and directors, Hal Holmstead; Heber Grant Ivans, Calvin, and Harry Barratt. Mr. Jacobs also noted the presence of W. Smoot Brim-hal, Brim-hal, State banking commission; County Commisioner Yukus Inouye; Mayor Malcolm Beck; City Councilmen LaDell Terry and Rodney Turner; Chamber of Commerce President, Clifford Clif-ford Finch; Harvard Hinton; Architect Ken Stevensen and Marvin Jensen, construction supervisor. Harold Anderson spoke briefly, brief-ly, saying "we are happy to be in our new facilities, which we think are some of the finest banking facilities in the State of Utah. We thank the bank customers and staff members for their patience during the time the bank occupied their temporary trailer headquarters." headquar-ters." Leland F. Priday, president of the American Fork North LDS Stake, gave the opening prayer for the ceremonies. Grand opening observations are being held tbrr-ughout the week, ending Friday, November 16. During this time, the bank is distributing free refreshment and free theromemeters, symbolic sym-bolic of Mountain View's time and temperature sign.
