Show LEGAL NOTICES MOTION FOR AN ORDER ALLOWING SERVICE UNDER THE UTAH LONG-ARM STATUTE AND BY PUBLICATION IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE FOURTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT IN AND FOR UTAH COUNTY, STATE OF UTAH James W. Good and Elizabeth Eliza-beth Good, Plaintiffs, vs. Fred Levin and Paul D. Robertson, Rob-ertson, Defendants. The plaintiffs, James W. Good and Elizabeth Ann Good, by and through their attorneys, Summerhays, Hatch & Lawrence Lawr-ence move the above-entitled court for allowing service under un-der the Utah Long-Arm Statute and by publication for the reason rea-son that Paul D. Robertson is alleged in the plaintiff's Complaint Com-plaint to have defrauded the plaintiffs in Utah County, State of Utah, where he resided at that time, where he perpetrated perpe-trated wrongful acts in obtain-ing obtain-ing Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) by fraudulent devices de-vices and under inappropriate circumstances, and did flee the jurisdiction for the purpose of concealing himself, and said funds and for the purpose of avoiding liability. The last known address of Paul D. Robertson Rob-ertson is RFD No. 1, Box 400-C Pleasant Grove, Utah 84062. The plaintiffs seek an Order, allowing service to be made in the following manner: by publication pub-lication and by mailing a copy to the above-stated address.
