Show THURSDAY, OCTOBER 7, 1971 PLEASANT GROVE REVIEW, PLEASANT GROVE, UTAH THURSDAY, OCTOBER 7, IS7I Eagles to Battle Colts Saturday The P.G. Eagles and the A.F. Colts have both had a success-ful season, even if they lose both of their remaining games. But only one will lose when they play each other this Sat-urday and also one week later for the championship. Both of these teams have 5 wins and 0 losses, but that will change on Saturday. Saturday's game will be the second meeting of the two lead-ers this year. In a n game the Eagles upended the Colts 13-- They will be seeking revenge this Saturday. Last Saturday the Eagles eked out a 20-1- 2 win over a good Packer team. The Colts also played good ball while beating the Redskins. The P.G. Steelers won big again last week 26-- 0 over the Bears. The Steelers have real-ly come on strong after losing their first two games at the hands of the Eagles and Colts, one touchdown to each team. With their win over the Bears last week the Steelers clinched a play-of- f berth. They can help determine who their opponent will be in the playoff this week If the Packers beat them they will play one another again in the playoffs. If the Steelers win ever the Packers, they will then play the winner of the Redskin-Gian- t game for the fourth spot in the playoffs. This weeks schedule: 10 a.m. Colts vs. Eagles. 11:30 a.m. Steelers vs. Pack-ers 1 p.m. Giants vs. Redskins. Standings to date: P.G. Eagles 5 0 A.F. Colts 5 0 P.G. Steelers 3 2 Lehi Packers 2 3 A. F.
