No. 1 of the Limbergh lode (from which the Oor. to Sees. 2, 3, 10 and 11, T. 4 8., R. 3W..S.L.BJ M., bears S. 15 degrees 50 minutes E. 484.5 ft.) and running thence N. 27 decrees de-crees 43 minutes E. 169.3 ft. to Cor. No. 1 Paris lode (from which the aforesaid Sec. Cor. bears S. 4 degrees 58 minutes E. 618.3 ft.) ; thence S. 86 degrees 57 minutes W. 1497.5 ft. to Cor. No. 2; thence N. 28 degrees 07 minutes min-utes E. 2647 ft. to intersect line 1-2 Morton lode; thence S. 77 degrees de-grees 04 minutes W. 447.1 ft. .tb Cor. Said lodes are located in the SEK Sec. 3 and SWK Sec. 2, T. 4 S., R. 3W,S.L Mer., and contain con-tain a net area of 4.399 acres, the areas in conflict with Lot 326 Arthur lode; Lot 350 Northern North-ern Star lode; Lot 368 South Side lode; Sur. 4138 Silver Star lode; Sur. 5609--LelIy, Midnight Bell and Midnight Bell No. 1 lodes; Sur. 5,722 Lakeview lode; Sur. 5938 Jap lode; Sur. 6937 Ray lode, and G. II. lode (unsur-veyed) (unsur-veyed) having been excluded. Said lode mining claims are of record in the office of the County Recorder of Said Lake County at Salt Lake City, Utah. The nearest known locations as shown by the official plat of survey sur-vey are the, aforesaid excluded claims, and Sur. 4464 Surprise lode ; Sur. 4717 Sappington lode ; Sur. 5434 Senate and Cincinnati lodes; Sur. 5938 Togo and Kim-uro Kim-uro lodes; and Sur. 6937 Kelvin lode.
