Deing qualified voters within with-in the territory of the proposed pro-posed County Service Area may file written protests with the Board of County Commissioners within 30 days after the conclusion of the hearing. Pace vice charges shall be used to pay for services to be furnished by the proposed County Service Area. Service Ser-vice charges shall be collected from the users of the services on a periodic basis, but not less often than once each year, and to the extent that the amounts collected col-lected are not adequate to pay for all services provided a tax sufficient to make up the difference will be annually an-nually levied on all taxable property located within the proposed County Service Area. Section 5. On March 5,1975 at 4:00 p.m., at the Summit County Courthouse, Coalville, Coal-ville, Utah, the Board of County Commissioners of Summit County will meet and hold a public hearingat which time and place all interested persons may appear and protest, pro-test, either orally or in writing, writ-ing, the creation of the proposed pro-posed County Service Area or the furnishing of the proposed pro-posed services. Property owners owning taxable property prop-erty in the proposed County Service Area or persons PUBLIC RESOLUTION RESOLVED, that this resolution be made in accordance with the requirements require-ments of Section 17-29-6, Utah Code Annotated 1953 (as amended 1967) and that pursuant to said section the following information as to the proposed County Service Area is herewith set forth: Section 1. The boundaries of the proposed County Service Ser-vice Area are as follows: Unit 3, Lake Rockport Estates, Es-tates, lots 180 through 314, inclusive, Summit County, State of Utah. Section 2. It is proposed that the County SeryiceArea provide sewage disposal for. the territory described, in Sectiojil.
