Show NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ESTABLISH THE PROPOSED HIGHLAND ETATES SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT Notice is hereby given by the Summit County Clerk that it is the intention of the Board of County Commissioners of Summit County to establish a special service district to be known as the Highland Estates Special Service District. The boundaries of the proposed Highland Estates Special Spe-cial District are as follows: All of the Amended Plat "A" of the Highland Estates Subdivision. Subdivi-sion. The services to be provided within the proposed service district shall be for the establishment establish-ment and creation of adequate roads in the subdivision, and for the subsequent maintenance, repair, extension, alteration, or' construction required to maintain adequate travel in the subdivision. subdivi-sion. Taxes may be annually levied upon all taxable property within the proposed service district and that fees and charges may be imposed to pay for all or a part of the services to be provided by the proposed service district. The Board of County Commissioners Commis-sioners of Summit County will hold a public hearing on the establishment of the proposed service district at the Summit County Courthouse, Coalville, Utah on the 9th day of November, 1976, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing. Protests Pro-tests against the establishment of the proposed service district or the furnishing of the specified types of services within the proposed service district may be made orally at the hearing or in writing, at or at any time prior to the hearing, or within 15 days after the conclusion of the hearing.
