Show Shuttle Service: Sleigh Ride enough snow covers the ground. A team of draft horses will be used to pull the sleigh. Each horse weighs close to 2,000 pounds. The horses will wear steel cleated shoes for better traction, as well as leather bindings to prevent snow from balling up in their hooves. Each wagon will carry up to twenty people. The rides will be extended to every night if the response is favorable. It is possible this newform of shuttle service will also go to the Resort Village to skiers to their condos after the lifts have closed. Sleigh rides are to beheld this winter at Park City and Park West. They will be sponsored by the owners of the Park West Stables, Mike and Dorry Spurlock. Rides will be held two nights a week at Park West from 4 to 8 p.m. Each ride will last between 30-60 minutes. Rides in Park City will start at Two Seasons restaurant. res-taurant. They will travel the roads in back of Park Avenue condominiums and go to Three Kings where there will be a short stop for passengers pas-sengers to load and unload. The ride will continue past the golf course ponds. It will end at Two Seasons to start its adventure once again. The jingle of sleigh bells will be heard as soon as |
