Show C.C.A.G. School Group To Meet With Boren The C.C.A.G. (Concerned Citizens Action Group) for schools, a spin off of the N. D.TJS. survey met Tuesday Nov. 19. The group which is chaired by Ann Prince discussed plans for their next meeting on December 3 where they will meet with William Boren author of the Boren report on the re-organization of the Park City school district. Also on hand will be Robert Ro-bert Wright, Chairman of the Utah State Board of Education." Educa-tion." Members of the C.C.A.G. have taken exception to the report in that they feel research re-search and sampling methods meth-ods used in the study are in error. The group is also unhappy un-happy over the fact, Boren has never discussed histheo-ries histheo-ries with school board members mem-bers or anyone else for that matter. Ms. Prince stated "The C.C.A.G. is not a closed group it is open to everyone in Park City who express interest". She went on to say, "I can't express how important impor-tant this meeting will be in that it will have an effect on all Park City residents". Ms. Prince hopes for a very good turn out for the meeting. There is also a chance the" meeting will be covered by local television. |
