The reservoir is located underground and will be covered cov-ered by a new ski run which will be cut off of "Temptation." "Tempta-tion." The Judge Reservoir is presently being used to fill the reservoir. Pipes have been laid from the Judge Tunnel to a No. 13 pump station located atl3thStreet. A second pump station, located near the Theriot Springs is capable of pumping pump-ing water back to the Judge Reservoir in the event of a water shortage in Park City. According to Johnson, the system will provide a full-proof full-proof water reserve for the area. The reservoir, which is already filled, is capable of storing 500,000 gallons of water. In the near future, the new reservoir hopefully will become be-come a primary source of water for the new projected housing developments in the Thaynes Canyon area. |
