Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS. State Engineer's Offico, Salt Lake City, Utah, March 16, 1 W29. Notice is hereby given that Heber J. Steiner, whose post office of-fice address is Salt Lake City, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements require-ments of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 and ' 1925 to appropriate 10 cfX of: water from Dry Fork in Bingham Bing-ham Canyon in Salt Lake Coun- -ty, Utah. Said water is to be liverted at a point which bears ' S. 56 13' W. 915 ft. from the SE. cor. of Sec 14, T. 3 S., R. 3 W., S. L. B. & M. and conveyed by means of a pipe a distance of 2 miles where it will be used during the entire year for domestic do-mestic purposes by the Inhabitants Inhabi-tants of the town of Copperton and adjacent subdivisions. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office aa File No. 10499. All protests against the granting grant-ing of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied accom-panied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion f the publication of thii notice.
