D Edmonds as he was one of 22 to receive the Silver Beaver award in the Salt Lake Tabernacle This is the highest high high- est award given by the Great Salt Lake Council of Scouting RAY RECALLS starting his scouting leadership as junior assistant Scout leader to Alvin Sessions in 1921 in the Boun Boun- 2nd ward Troop 1 There was no Boy Scout Council in inthe inthe the area at that time but through the efforts of Oscar A.
