| Show NOTICE OF INTENTION of tha city council of ogdan city of creating a district for paving and of paving alie streets therein and to defray the expenses of lucli improvements by local assessment the city council of city sit bated in weber county state of atam gives notice that it intends to make ano fal lowing improvements to wit to pave all that part of washington avenue in eaid city lying and being within the south line of isid street and the south line street tim shall be known ag paving district no 1 and the said city council further intends to grade pave curb ana gutter the streets of said paving district in the mahner following to wit to curb sand stone curbing 3 inches thick and 24 inches deep to build a sand stone block gultch not less than G feet wide to pave the intersections with and stone blocks to build water ways at said intersections of concrete with cast iron covers to build TOM walks of sand stone nags 18 inches wide and 7 inches thick to require the kaaid transit company to pavo all the between the rails and tracks abiu also a space two feet wide of the outer rails of the outside tracks of the street car company and to pave alt the remaining portion of said street as with asphalt um on 0 basa of cement concrete 6 inches thick the boundaries of the district to be and benefited arc lines running feet back and parallel abo out er linca of each eide of the street on each and every block and for the full length the estimated cost of such improvements ii for the payment of the costs and expenses thereof the city council intends to local tabea upon alie ecat estate lying and being within eaid paving ans i brict to the extent of the benefits to such property by reason of such improvements prove ments 1 he city council will on tuesday february 1002 hear objections in writing from any and all persons inter bated in sail local assessments by of the city council W J city recorder dated ogden utah feb 4 1002 |
