To Whom it may concern, notice is hsreoy given that immediatlv after the publication hereof lor three weeks as required re-quired by sai l act. th undersigned will make applic tion to the Hon. Secratory of the interior at Washington D C for a permit to cut timber upon a tract of the public mineral lands of the United Stales situated about Eight miles East of Fair-view Fair-view Sanpete County Utah territory and being m Tp.U S.6E of SX.merrdiandes ctibed as follows to wit. Begining at arock monument 200 yards E from a certain Saw mill owned by Said spplicant and located in the N. fork of Roulger canyon thence 40 rods S. thence 80 rodsW. thenct 40 rods N thence 80 rods East to place of Begining containing con-taining about 30 acres more or less.
