It was the regular freight traiu on the Park City branch coming Into town and Engineer William Chatterton wns Injured in the back, but not enough to demand his removal to the hospital. He was taken to his home, where lie was resting easy later In the evening. The accident occurred at the Elev-' Elev-' cith East creasing of the road in Sugar Sug-ar House ward The freight hail to ' Fc-t out some cars and do some local work there, when one of tho cars got loose. The grade is a heavy one in this region, and the car rushed down on the engine and rest of the train lower down the grade with the result that the engine and several cars wero thrown into the ditch.
