Show NOTICE OF INTENTION. NOTICE is lierebv given by the Council of Ogden City. Utah, of the intention of such Council to make tho following described improvements, to-wit: To create both sides of Adams avenue, between 20th and 21st streets, as a curb and gutter district, and to build therein concrete curbs 6 Inches thick and 15 Inches deep and concrete gutters 3 feet wide and G Inches thick, together with the necessary round corners and grading for all, and to defray the whole ot the cost thereof, estimated at Fifteen Hundred and Eighty four $1584.00) Dollars, or One ond 20-100 (?1.20) Dollars per front foot, by a local assessment upon the lots or pieces of ground wlthiu the following described district, b$ing the district to be affected or benefitted by said Improvements, namely: Lota 1 and 2 of Block 51, Plat "A"; Lots 2. 3, 4, 3 and 6 ot Block 55, Plat "A," all of Ogden City Survey. The boundaries of the district lo be benefitted or affected by said lm-piovements lm-piovements are lines drawn 50 feet outward from and parallel to the outer out-er boundary lines of said avenue. All protests and objections to the carrying out of such intention must be presented in writing to the City Hecoidcr on or before the eighth day of August, 1910, being the time set by said Council when it will hear and consider such objections as may be made thereto.
