Show FATIGUE DANGER Young Mothers Must Avoid Trying to Accomplish Too Much By Dr. E. L. Mackaye. Most young mothers over-fatigue themselves. They try to do too much, when the care of the child Is as much as they are ecual to. There is the household, tho wardrobe, the thousand and one. demands upon a woman's time, the doing of which does not amount to much, but taken in the aggregate would exhaust the vitality of two or three women. Youd mothers whose meana are limited, so that much devolves de-volves upon them, must bo contented to let a number of things go, and for a few years devote themselves strictly to the nessary th!n9 of home life and child care. A s; matic rest during dur-ing the day Is a good thing, especially when tho mother has to bo up nights with the baby. Find out what you can do without ovcr-fatl?uo and let tho rest go. Study tho problem of simple living and let your poor, hard-driven body take It ea3ler.
