He states today that he does not remember what he did last night, but that It In quite likely that he did break the glass at the pawn shop. Burton recently s-erved a term in the city Jail for drunkenness, and it seems that ho cannot keep out of trouble. He is charged with disturbing the I peace and will have a hearing before Judge Murphy tomorrow. |
