Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS. State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City. Utah. Feb. 10, 1910. Notlcft is hereby given that L. B. Spencer, whose poetofflce address Is Ogden, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah. 1907, as amended by tho Session Laws of Utah, 1909, to appropriate five (5) cubic feet per second of water from the Left Hand Fork of the South Branch of Ogden River. Weber County, Utah S-fld water will be diverted at a point which bears north 89 decrees 58 minutes, min-utes, west 1.155 feet from the southeast south-east corner of Section 13, Township 7 rorth. Ran? 3 east. Salt Lake base and meridian, from where it will bo conveyed by means of a pipe line for a dlsranco of approximately 18,000 feet, and there used from January t to December 31, inclusive, of each vtar. to develop power for the purpose of electric lighting and propelling machinery ma-chinery in Ogden and Huntsvllle, Utah. After having been so diverted and used the water will be returned to the natural channel of the stream at a point which bears north 59 degrees de-grees 54 mlnute9, west 2.840 feet from the southeast corner of Section 34. Township 7 north. Range 3 cast. Salt i Lake base and meridian. This appll- cation is designated in the State En-1 gineer'3 office as No. 27S4. All protects against the granting of said application, stating the reasons tbertfor must be made by affidavit in duplicate and filed In this office within thirty (30) days after the completion com-pletion of publication of this notice.
