Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS. State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City. Utah. Feb. 10, 1910 Notice Is hereby given that L. B. Spencer, whose postofflco address Is Ogden. Utah, has made application in fccordince with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907. as amended by tho Session Laws of Utah, 1909, to appropriate twenty (20) cu-1.1c cu-1.1c feet per second of water from tho Left Hand Fork of South Fork of Ogden Og-den River, Weber County, Utah. Said water will be diverted at a point which bears north 1 degree, west 2,000 feet from the Kouth quarter corner of Section Sec-tion 23. Township 7 north, Range 3 east. Salt Lake base and meridian, from where It will no conveyed, by means of a pipe line for a distance of i:pproxlmntely 15,000 feet, and there UFcd from January 1 to December 31, inclusive, of each year, to develop power for the purpose of electric lighting light-ing and propelling machinery in Og-('en Og-('en and Salt Lake City, Utah. After having been bo diverted and utsed tho waier will be returned to the natural channel of the Btream at a point which bears north 59 degrecB, 54 minutes vest, 2,840 feet from tho southeast corner of Section 34. Township 7 north, Rango 3 east. Salt Lake base ond meridian. This application Is designated des-ignated in tho Stato Engineer's office as No. 2785. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor must be made by affidavit in duplicate and filed In this office within thirty (30) days after the com-l!etlou com-l!etlou of publication of this notice.
