Show REPORT IE GRAND JURY Western Union Charged with Aiding a Bucket Shop Washington, June 10. The federal grand Jury today returned an Indictment Indict-ment against the Western Union Telegraph Tele-graph company, charging it with for-tv for-tv two violation of the bucket shop law of March 1, 19n9. The claim Is made that the Western Union company, by moans of a telegraph tele-graph wire and a ticker, aided and abetted the conduct of a bucket .shop in tho District of Columbia. The forty two counts of the indictment indict-ment vary only In tho date on which tbo alleged violations are said to have ; occurred. An additional indlctmeni charging the conduct of a bucket shop In the District was filed today against William Wil-liam B. Price. Virgil V. Randolph, Henrv M Randolph. Charles T. Mcor-hcad."
