Notice Is hereby glvt-n that at a nieotlng of the Board of Directors of The Ogdcu-Lucln Copper Company, a corporation, hold at th office of William Moves, at Ogden. Og-den. Utah. Tuesday, the 29th day of March, 1910, an assessment of 4 mills per share was levied upon the outstanding out-standing capital stock of the corporation, corpora-tion, payable to E, A. Stratford, secretary sec-retary and treasurer of tho company, at his ofllce.
