Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS. State Engineer Office. Salt Lake City, Utah, April 1C, 1910. Notice is hereby given tbit George T. Stenbouse, whose post office address la Morgan, Utah, has made application In accordance with the requirements re-quirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by tho Session Ses-sion Laws of . Utah, 1909, to appropriate appropri-ate one-fourth (1-1) of a cubic foot per 6econd of water from Cedar Hollow Hol-low Spring, Morgan County, Utah. Said spring Is situated at a point which lies 1,207 8 feet east of the south quarter corner of Section 24. Township 4 north, Range 2 east. Salt Lake baso and meridian. The water will be diverted at the place where it Issues from said spring and con-i con-i vcyed by means of n plpo line, ditch and a flume, for a distance of 3,000 feet and thore used during the period from April 1 to October 15, inclusive of each year, to Irrigate 10 acr9 of land embraced In Section 25, Township Town-ship 4 south, Range 2 east, Salt Lako baso and meridian. As much of aald water as may be necessary will be used during the entir year for domestic do-mestic purposes. This application Is designated in the State Engineer's office of-fice b No. 2952. All protests against the granting ot eald application, stating tho reasons therefor, must bo made by affidavit In duplicate and filed In this office within with-in thirty (30) days after the completion comple-tion ot the publication of this notlco.
