Thomas Holla-day, Holla-day, convicted on April 2 of selling liquor in violation of tho city ordinances, ordi-nances, was erai.ted a new trial this Burning In tho Justice court. He convicted largely on the testimony or Ri.Ker Coullhurst and F. R. Muth. Salt Iake detectives. In connection j with the Application for a new trial an affidavit was filed by Coulthurst declaring that he had not visited llolladay's fdace on March 18, nor on any other day, and that no believed that Muth had never visited the placo ond bought liquor, as he had sworn had. |
