Walsh, tho mining magnate, dated January 10, 1910, and a codicil executed the same ciaj, were rued today to-day for probate. While no specific bequest to charily char-ily is made, the sum of $100,000 is left to the widow, Mrs. Carrie U. Walsh, to be distributed "amokit; such persons and in such amounts as she knows to be my wish in reference thereto."
