Show notice to Water users. State Engineer's offlce. Salt Lake City, Utah, February 23, 1909. Notice is hereby given that Charles E. Smith, whoso postofllce address is Ogden, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of of Chapter 10$. Session Laws of Utah, 1905. as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1907, to appropriate one-tenth (1-10) of a cubic-foot per second ot water from a spring in Weber County, Utah. Said spring 13 situated at a point which lies 500 feet north and 320 feet west of the center of Section 22, Town-bhlp Town-bhlp 6 north. Range 1 west, Salt Lake base and meridian. Said water will be diverted at the point where it Issues Is-sues from said spring anj conveyed by means of a pipe line for a distance ot 650 feot and there used from January Janu-ary 1 to December 31, Inclusive, ot each year, for domestic purposes. This application i3 designated In the State Engineer's ofllce as No. 2106. All protests against tho granting of Bald application, stating the reasons therefor, must be made by allldavlt In duplicate an l filed in this ofllce within thirty (30) days after the completion of tho publication of this notice.
