OCR Text	Show HUGH MEYERS IS NOW CHARGED WITH MURDER Salt Lake, March 11. Hugh Meyers, the cripple, vho is under arrest In connection con-nection with the murder of John C. Barnett, was charged with murder in the first degree today in a complaint Issued by County Attorney John Lyon. Although the officials have no direct evidence against Meyers of tho commission com-mission of the crime. It is stated that it can be proven that he was an accomplice ac-complice in the murder. Two meu who wero with Meyers on the night of the murder cannot bo found, but the trio are suspected of committing the crime. It will probably be several days before be-fore Meyers will be arraigned lor his preliminary hearing. An effort is being be-ing made to locate his two partners and descriptions of the men have been sent broadcast throughout the country.
