RESOLUTIONS OF RESPECT TO JUDGE H. P. HENDERSON In Salt Lake City yesterday the supreme su-preme . court devoted the principal part of i its sitting to tho reading of the resolutions of respect to the memory or the late Judge H. P. Henderson. Tho resolutions were drawn up by C. S. Varian. Parley L,. Williams and E. B. Critchlow, the committee appointed by ChIefJustlce D. N. Straup. They were readxby Mr. Williams and subsequently subse-quently spread on the minutes. Following Fol-lowing the reading, short Informal tributes were indulged in by Judge Zano, A. R. Heywood of Ogden, C. S. Varian and Chief Justice Straup, one and all of whom tld of their associations associa-tions with the departed.
