' Eastman was known here as a stock broker in business in New York. He lived hero about a year up to last December, when, following his failure in business during the fall, he left town. He was understood to be married, mar-ried, but his wife was not here with him. Eastman was tho owner of 6,000 or $3,000 worth of building lots in Bogota, and they are believed to bo standing in his name. j |
