Clayton are considering the advisability of turning their big ranch In East canyon Into a private summer resort, to be owned and controlled by a club membership mem-bership which will pay a membership fee. the tota of which will equal tho value of the property, and allow sufficient suf-ficient money for proposed improvements improve-ments The property lies about nine miles from Gogorza, on the Park City branch of the D. & R. G., which in turn is about 23 miles from Salt Lake City. About $70,000 is sold to have been expended on the property already, al-ready, and with the expenditure or about $30,000 more in the erection of 1 a clubhouse, and In building a good ' automobile road from Gogorza. the place, it Is said, would be easily accessible ac-cessible and unsurpassed for the purpose pur-pose mentioned.
