News: The temporary organization of the Republican Repub-lican Prohibition League of Utah, has been made permanent, and the first battle line has been drawn for a two v ears' campaign against the liquor traffic, which the promoters confidently confident-ly expect will result In a victory over the whiskey forces and their allies. A set of by-laws will also be issued, to be subscribed , to by Republicans favoring fa-voring absolute state-wide prohibition, r.o provision to be made for the exception ex-ception of any city or county.
