WEBBERS TO GO BACK TO PRISON Escaped Convict and Auto Thief May Also Face Utah Charge. SALT LAKE, Dec. 2 Department of justice agents announced today that Clans Welbers. escaped convict, who after stealing -an automobile at Ogden Og-den was arrested, ga e bond, stole another car and was arrested recently recent-ly at Kansas City.
