Mr. Selp resided In Ogden for 14 lears and rose to the position of fiscal fis-cal aicent of the service which he was forced to resign recently because of ill health He was taken to California on October Oc-tober 2. Prior to that time, he had purchased a fht-acre fig ranch at Riverbank, which he had stocked with chickens.
