At a regular meting of the board of directors of the Amalgamated Sugar company held at their off icon fn t lio Eccles building today, directors unanimously unani-mously voted to curtail the $4,000,-000 $4,000,-000 bond issue of the company by $125,000. this action being taken when it was explained that the company 'needed $3,875,000 instead of $4,000,000 i under the original issue. Letters to all farmers of the Amalgamated Amal-gamated districts lu L'tah and Idaho were ordered mailed.
