Show CONFEREES AGREE ON IRRIGATION BILL WASHINGTON; May 0. Senate and hnijse conference committees have agreed on the" bill authorizing the re- itn.-i i.r irr.pation districts on government govern-ment irrigation projects, to enable settlers set-tlers to obtain louns from federal loan banks and to make the districts, rather ra-ther than the individual farmers, responsible re-sponsible to ihe government for the payment of all construction, maintenance mainte-nance and equipment charges.
