Commissioner Tigert will arrive In WeliSviUs o er the Utah-Idaho Central railroad Sunday morning and will be met there by officials of the Logan City and Cache county schools and the Iogan chamber of commerce. He will be taken to Hyrum for an inspection inspec-tion of the South Cache high .school, 'ana. alter attending a Mormon BUn- j day school. will be a ;uest of the Cache county board of education at a j luncheon to be served at the South j Cache high school. He will then bo taken to Logan, to speak at the Mother's Moth-er's Day meeting. President Joseph E Cardon of Cache stake of the L. D. 8. church will preside at this meeting. Commissioner Tigert is coming to Utah to make an inspection of school ! methods and buildings, and, as those ! of Cache county are typical of the buildings all over the state, he will judge Utah's school facilities from 'those he observes In Cache count'.
