Show STATE CARE OF CHILDREN PROVIDED FOR IN POLAND LONDON, Jan. 8. Poland's new constitution probably will contain a provision for care of children by the state which will make It unique, in opinion of officials here who have seen the draft. The article which now is before the Polish diet reads: "Each child deprived of parental care, or who is neglected morally or mentally, has the right to secure care and old from the state.
