Jack Vincent, 7 year old son: of Bert Vincent oC Garfield, was sever-1 lv injured and died an hour later. Thej car which struck the boy was driven by Peter Crvstal of 363 East Ninth South street, Salt Lake. Those who witnessed the accident and investigate i ed it, absolved Mr. Crystal from blame. ' At the timo of the accident several Garfield teachers were accompanying' a dozen or more school children from one building to another and they were v.alking in the road. When Crytal approached with his car he sounded his horn several limes and the chil- dren scattered so as to give him room, j As he was passing,, however, tho Vincent Vin-cent boy is said to have become con-U con-U fused and ran directly in front of the M car.
